The queen of non-alcoholic beverages, Manufaktur Jörg Geiger's alcohol-free Sekt is refined, not at all sweet, yet still 0%. It is made from the heirloom pear variety 'Champagner Bratbirne' grown on 100-year-old trees, bottle-fermented, and matured three years before being dealcoholized.
Aroma: roasted pears, with subtle notes of dried pears. White flowers, notes of brioche shaped by the sparkling wine's several years of yeast storage in the bottle. Taste: Restrained sweetness and well-integrated acidity. The fine taste of the champagne roasted pear with subtle tannin notes in the fine aftertaste. For over 200 years, the variety 'Champagner Bratbirne' has been regarded as a wine pear of the very first rank. It has borne its name since 1797 because an outstanding sparkling wine was made from this rarity since then.
Drink it in a champagne glass, solo or mixed as aperitif. Recommended drinking temperature: 8 to 10°C

Salted Caramel Syrup by Bacanha is a simple recipe. Its taste is intense and typical of milk caramel. Its remarkable fragrance is reminiscent of the smells of confectionery. The touch of salt makes it infinitely delicious.
The raw salted caramel syrup goes well with your preparations of hot drinks but also in your cocktail recipes. It can also be used in your favourite mocktail recipes.
The syrup is made in Bacanha's workshop near Paris, where the bottles are also labeled and packaged.
They use amber glass bottles which protect the syrup from light so that it can be consumed for longer.
