This method preserves the distinct flavour of garlic while imparting a savoury sweetness. The paste is both healthy and delicious, making it a convenient ingredient to have in the kitchen. It can be used in various ways, such as adding it to pasta or rice dishes, incorporating it into oven-baked vegetables and slow-cooked recipes, or simply spreading it on toasted bread.
Roots Radicals is a food company that follows a zero-waste, circular economy approach. Their Baked Garlic Paste is made using 90% rescued ingredients, meaning they utilise ingredients that would otherwise go to waste.
Once opened, it is recommended to refrigerate the Baked Garlic Paste. The ingredients used in this product are garlic and olive oil, making it suitable for vegans and gluten-free diets.

Crémant de Loire is a Traditional Method (formerly called Champenoise Method). To deserve this designation, the grapes must be harvested by hand in crates and pressed according to a specific program to keep only the best of the juice. At La Viaudière, they mainly use Chardonnay and a little bit of Chenin to compose what is now a classic vintage. The Chenin will give its structure to the wine and the Chardonnay, its fruit, its fine bubbles, and its elegance. This Crémant de Loire Blanc is an ideal companion for sweet evenings with friends or family. We also recommend it to celebrate a great event: wedding, baptism, communion or birthday ... It will delight your guests by bringing friendliness and freshness.
Clean, crisp, and fruit-forward. Very refreshing, light nose with some fruits, pear, and peach, subtle mineralogy, good bubbles but not overly aggressive, long lingering fruit finish. Dry, medium body, light complexity, but balanced.
The grapes are from 40 year old vines on clay and calcareous soil from Weingut Nägele in Baden. After picking, they were left in the cold overnight performing a cold maceration. The next day they were pressed and the juice was transferred into 500L barrels to ferment and age.
This year the winemakers Antoine Lucchesi and Daisy Merrick have decided not to disgorge the wine. Meaning the yeast particles are still inside the bottle. Therefore your wine may look a little cloudy.
The notes are of green apple, with creamy mouthfeel, lots of little bubbles all over the tongue, slightly wild.
